Gerald Buzanoski

Gerald Buzanoski offers 30 years experience in a number of capacities of civil engineering.  His professional involvement includes the design and permitting of subdivisions; preparation of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional site plans; the design of water supply, drainage, and sewerage facilities; design and inspection of onsite sewage disposal facilities; design of small public water supply systems; evaluation of the development potential of land; and consulting for municipal boards and commissions. With a Master’s Degree in civil engineering, Mr. Buzanoski uses superior skill incorporating the entire infrastructure involved in engineering projects.

Recent Project:
Mr. Buzanoski is designing plans and attaining permits for the 28 unit adult community, located on Sunset Ridge in Bolton, MA.  He works in collaboration with municipalities to guarantee a complete and safe plan.
