Lawrence Ducharme

Lawrence Ducharme offers over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and land surveying.  As a master in his field, Mr. Ducharme provides in-depth direction for multi-disciplined projects.  With a realistic approach to land layouts, he is often retained by both commercial and residential clients due to his ability to provide clear solutions to complex situations.  Having earned an impeccable professional reputation, he is frequently called on to shape the direction of a large project.

Recent Project:
Since the project’s inception, Mr. Ducharme is overseeing the engineering design and construction of Southwood Farms on Martha’s Vineyard, a 26 Lot on 300 acre flexible development within a private equestrian community.
